Family memberships are classified as two adults, two children and all named members are entitled to Gold membership benefits.

Unlimited use of the gym and sauna (subject to availability - sauna must be booked)

All DS&L fitness classes are free of charge (normal price per class £6.00)

Free gym induction  

One free squash or badminton court per day (subject to availability) OR; 

One free tennis court per day (May-September, subject to availability)
